Answer: Please ensure your design file is high-resolution (preferably 300 DPI) and saved in a transparent PNG format for best results. If you need assistance, we’re happy to help.
5. What is 3D sublimation?
Answer: 3D sublimation is a process that allows images to be transferred onto items with curves and angles, such as mugs or phone cases. This process ensures full coverage and a seamless look.
6. What file types do you accept?
Answer: We accept high-resolution files in formats like PNG, PSD, and AI. For the best quality, vector files are preferred, but we’re able to work with most common formats.
7. Can I order a sample print before a bulk order?
Answer: Yes, we offer sample prints to ensure you are satisfied with the quality and colors before proceeding with larger orders.
8. How long does production take?
